Orders via the Lighthouse website must be prepaid by Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express. Orders sent by mail can be prepaid by credit card, check or money order.
New York and Florida state shipments are subject to sales tax, including tax on the shipping and handling fee.
Shipping and Handling
1. Standard shipments are sent UPS & USPS to all 50 states.
2 day, 3 day, or overnight delivery is available at an extra charge. Please call 212-821-9384 for pricing.
2. Additional shipping charges may apply to some items and are indicated in the description of the item. Add this additional charge to the regular S/H charges to your order.
If you provide your e-mail address, a confirmation of your order and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Lighthouse International is committed to offer you exceptional customer service. Please read the steps below for an easy return of our product.
Please notify Lighthouse International within 14 calendar days of the invoice/packing slip date of any orders that were shipped incorrectly. Defective products will be replaced or repaired if they are under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If an order arrives damaged, Lighthouse International must be notified within 24 hours. Save all packaging and wrappings for inspection by your local UPS inspector.
Purchases of non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the products do not appear to be worn, or used, is in resalable condition and is accompanied by original packaging, warranties, instructions and sales receipt.
A 15% restocking fee is charged for all non-defective products received after 30 days, unless sent in error by Lighthouse International. Non-defective products may not be returned after 60 days. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Products should be returned insured and with proof-of-delivery. Lighthouse International will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.

Lighthouse International does not sell or rent email addresses to other organizations.
We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information on what pages users access or visit and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. It is used for internal review, to improve the content of our Web pages, to notify visitors about updates to our Web site, and may be used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes.
In the course of providing you with the services you find on our Sites, our Web and application server will automatically collect usage-related information, including the URLs that you access through our Site, the date and time of your usage, your Internet protocol (IP) address, your Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, number of clicks, and your browser type. We collect this information so we can perform effective capacity planning, administer the Site, troubleshoot Web site performance, track users' movements in the aggregate, gather demographic information for aggregate use, and accurately document revenue-generating transactions for our business partners. We use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze user movement.
